Our story

Optimax started when our founder 10 years ago prompted his family’s small business to invest in digital marketing. That quickly meant transforming from the days of the phone book to today, a highly complex marketing landscape which is difficult for small business owners to navigate on their own. Trevor realized that his family was spending so much money with Google and Meta, but had no proof that it was actually driving the results his family business needed. Furthermore, the correct analytical tracking services were installed to understand conversion rates, cost per customer on each platform, and value of customer on each platform. The data collected over time helped the family business optimize their advertising spend allocating the budget best for the business. This resulted in significant savings and increased targeting.

Over time this served the business well, but additional challenges would be faced such as a Google My Business account suspension.
